Do links within imbeddable widgets carry link juice?

I'm dipping my toes into infographic design.
On of my desired outcomes is to gain links by having other sites embed my graphic.
I'm considering using Tableau's interactive data visualization software to do so; thus creating a widget, embedding it on my blog, and including the embed code for others to post.
Is it possible to include a juice passing link in such an infographic? I know its possible to include links inside the tableau graphic but not sure if they have straight SEO value.
If these links are not juice passing would it be better to go with a simple image link that passes value?

Yup, I would do it exactly like kieran says. Make sure to have some anchor text variation though, so that the "scheme" looks more natural and not like it's bought or something.

Ask for a link in exchange for allowing websites to embed your graphic.
Check out Creative Commons licenses and pick the one that works best for you at the following link, and make sure the websites are made aware of the license:
Make the link modest so that the websites don't mind keeping it. Also consider asking that the image links to your website instead of a caption text, or give the website an option to do either.
Crawl your infographic or widget with a GoogleBot simulator if you aren't sure if Google will pick up the link. Although, you shouldn't have a problem doing what I described.
You can hide a link behind the image, but you really shouldn't be trying to hide links. Just stick with my advice and you should be golden.

If you create the embed code with your link back to the site then you will get the juice. You cant actually put a link in a graphic as far as I know (yet!) so make sure the Widget code is attractively titled as well so people will actually like to use it along the lines (not saying this is the way to go by the way)

Value of Links? What is each link worth?
Morning Everyone, I just had this thought and wondered what everyone's opinions were in terms of link value in monetary terms. We'll assume for the purposes of this that the links come from contextually relevant sites and that the sites in question have got the Moz DA from being high quality and have a good quality incoming link profile. Its a bit of a theoretical question, but i guess imagine if the only way you could get links was to pay for them, what would they be worth to you. This is link value for SEO purposes, they will have in addition value from traffic from good sites, that no doubt varies wildly depending on topic. I assume everyone also agrees on: The first link from a domain is the most valuable High DA sites are worth more than low ones. So could anyone who has an opinion on the link value suggest a monetary value for links. Its really just using a monetary amount to see how best to target my time. Here is my example of what might be expected, but I am hoping people with more knowledge will perhaps correct it. How can I verify who links to me?
I need to verify all the inbound links I have coming in to my site. I've tried using OSE but have been told it does not scrape many smaller sites so cannot be sure of it's accuracy (especially since when I ran it, it returned a small % of the link i know are out there). Is there a way to do this in Analytics? Or another way? Thanks

Etsy.com --Getting link juice through other pages on search results?
My sister has a store page on etsy.com where she sells home made crafts. And I want to help her rank higher on google with some of the other etsy stores. So i started to look at the other etsy store pages that are ranking well on google and found that they have a page authority between 48 to 52. So i looked at the backlinks of the ones ranking well on google with high page authority and found that many of their best links came from the internal search results page on etsy.com, and some only had one link from just an arbitrary etsy.com search page. I'm thinking this is because another product being listed on the seach page has a high page authority which then passes some of its link juice onto every other product on the page. But what is interesting is products are always being sold or getting added so even though you are on a search results page that happens to benifit from the link juice of another product the next time the page gets crawled you will be on a different search page. So i am thinking in order to maintain high page authority to you just have to have a lot of products listed so that there is a greater likely hood that you will find yourself on the same search page as another high authority page. I have not been doing SEO very long so i would love to hear what others think. I really have no idea, am i on the right track with this? (edited post) Thanks

Links on the same keyword
When is linking from one particular keyword to much. At what point could link building from one keyword be considered spam and potentially delist a site ? Is it possible for a site to be delisted for having to many links from the same keyword ? Heard linking from the website name is more important following recent changes. I try and link from a selection of 3 to 4 keywords. Thanks for your help
