Can you please provide an explanation of what each grade means so that I know how to improve the grade?

I am actively using SEOMoz to improve our overall customer experience and increase SEO traffic. I would like to better understand the grading "report card" report to deep dive into the words that get a poor score. Example I understand that "F" is bad, but what scoring factors are used to determine an "F"?

The help pages on SEO Moz will give you a lot of guidance as Keri says. I'd seriously recommend making sure that where you can you ensure that your page gets an A or B by going systematically through the recommendations that the on page research section of SEO provides. I've seen considerable gains from just making sure that a page ticks all the boxes listed to take it from an F to an A.

Source page showsI have 2 h1 tags on my page. I can only find one.
When I grade my page it says I have more than one h1 tag. I view the source page and it shows there are two h1 headings with the same wording. If I delete the one h1 heading I can find, the page source shows I have deleted both of them. I don't know how to get to the other heading to delete it. And I'm off page one of google! Can anybody help? Clay Stephens

How do Infographics provide links? (example inside)

I've encountered the following infographic that seemed to do well: http://www.brilliance.com/4cs-of-diamonds-infograph As you can see, the page has thousands of social shares from Tweets to Facebook and obviously Pinterest. However, when I placed this page on Open Site Explorer (click to view) I see only 9 external links and page authority of 28/100. And this seems to me like a successful infographic. Any explanations? How can I download all of my backlinks?
In Opensiteexplorer it shows 16700 backlinks, but as I tryied various ways including advance report, with no filter I am getting only 1000+ links. How can I download all of my 16700 backlinks?

Does anyone know what the %5C at the end of a URL is?
I've just had a look at the crawl diagnostics and my site comes up with duplicate page content and duplicate titles. I noticed that the url all has %5C at the end which I've never seen before. Does anybody know what that means?
