Is there a way to get the domain authority of a subdomain?

For example, www.storage-mart.com and us.storage-mart.com both show the same DA in OSE. I believe it's the DA of the root domain. How can I compare the DA of the 'www' and 'us' subdomains?

Hey guys, thanks for your responses. Running a comparison and looking at Page Authority and Subdomain Mozrank gives me exactly what I need. I just want to be able to see which is stronger, and this does a good job of telling me. Thanks!

I agree with Moosa, but it may make sense to also look at mozrank for the subdomain - OSE calls it subdomain mozrank, which would look at the strength of the whole subdomain. you can also look at the number of linking root domains and followed linking root domains, compare that to the total numbers for the domain, and determine how much of the overall strength of the domain authority is resultant from the particular subdomain you're looking at. Those are just my theories, but to me it makes sense

Yes, currently unsupported according to help source document on the subject. I believe it's an area of SEO that justifies separate scoring. Of course, analytic software would provide its own metrics.

I don’t think there is a way to get the DA of a sub-domain as sub domains are the part of the overall domain and this is why it contains the same domain authority as the main. The way to check the power of the sub-domain should be checked by PA in my opinion (for that URL only). I do understand that Google count sub domains as a separate entity but i don’t think this leads to have a different DA of a sub-domain then the main domain. Just my opinion!

Why my Domain Authority (DA) is Decreased from 21 to 19?
Hello, I would like to know how the changes in domain authority is counted by MOZ? Domain Authority for my this domain http://www.grandcrayon.ca/ was 21 and it is decreased to 19 in last week. I have checked the moz report and it shows DA as 19. We already have grandcrayon.ca and we recently redirected our .com domain (http://www.grandcrayon.com also to .ca so all the back links of .com are now showing in webmaster for .ca. So i would like to know the reason behind decrement in DA and is there any connection with redirection of .com domain? How can i increase DA for my website? Moz Pro | | CommercePundit0

Is there any way to move keywords from one Campaign to another?
We recently moved content off a subdomain onto our main www subdomain. Each of these was previously tracked as its own campaign. Now that the content is consolidated, I'd like to move the keywords that we were tracking on the first campaign over to the second. I don't see an option to migrate, or export/import keywords. Is there any (non-manual) way to do this? Thanks Moz Pro | | doxo2

I keep getting Authentication Failed on the API
I have the credentials in the URL correctly but it will continue to fail authentication. I will not post them obviously but is there a problem with the API currently? I tried creating new credentials Also I have used this before so I am sure it is not a problem with the credentials. I somehow managed to get Chrome to show the data. Firefox will not and the code i have written also return authentication failed. This is a bug on your end. Please fix it ASAP. Moz Pro | | ColumK0

Domain / Page Authority - logarithmic
SEOmoz says their Domain / Page Authority is logarithmic, meaning that lower rankings are easier to get, higher rankings harder to get. Makes sense. But does anyone know what logarithmic equation they use? I'm using the domain and page authority as one metric in amongst other metrics in my keyword analysis. I can't have some metrics linear, others exponential and the SEOmoz one logarithmic. Moz Pro | | eatyourveggies0

How is domain authority related to country top level domains?
I've noticed that for some country top level domains (tld) the domain authority returned by open site explorer is based on the domain that has been registered within the tld. For example, domainname.co.uk provides a domain authority specific to the domain. However, for some other country top level domains, this does not appear to be the case. Examples I have found include: domainname.co.nr domainname.co.pt domainname.co.ee For these top level domains the domain authority seems to be the same for every domainname, seemingly implying the domain authority is for the top level domain itself rather than for the domain. Is this a common situation for many country top level domains, so that what I see going in here is the tip of a large iceberg, or does this situation just apply to a very isolated set of country top level domains?
