Meta Robots index & noindex Both Implemented on Website

I don't want few of the pages of website to get indexed by Google, thus I have implemented meta robots noindex code on those specific pages.
Due to some complications I am not able to remove meta robots index from header of every page
Now, on specific pages I have both codes 'index & noindex' implemented.
Question is: Will Google crawl/index pages which have noindex code along with index code?

Difficult to tell how long it will take before it's completely removed (Google is never very clear on how long it takes). If it's urgent you could use the url removal tool :https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/1663419?hl=en

Thanks Dirk, I believe my question is answered.
However, the concern as of now is these pages are being fetched when we try Fetch as Google Bot in Google Webmaster Tools.
Noindex tag were implemented on specific pages on 5th Oct & and last date of cache is 3rd Oct 2015.
I wonder when these pages will be removed from Google Index. -
No they will not be indexed. Check: http://googlewebmastercentral.blogspot.be/2007/03/using-robots-meta-tag.html:
If content values conflict, we will use the most restrictive. So, if the page has these meta tags:
We will obey the NOINDEX value.

No index for http version of website
Hi, I've had a message from Google search console to say the sitemap for the http version of my site is tagged as no index. As the https version is indexed, do I need to change the http version to be indexed as well? Do I need to keep the http version of the site in search console alongside the https version, or should I remove it? Advice appreciated!

Use of '&' in meta title
Hi, I know that use of '&' would be helpful to save space and also add more keyword variation to the title tag. But just want to make sure if it matters if I use '&' in most of my title tags? And also is it common to use more than & in one title? Would the following title be different in Google's perspective regardless of the title length? I am thinking they are all targeting the keywords 'fruit cake' and 'fruit bread', but the first one is the best. buy fruit cake & bread buy fruit cake & fruit bread buy fruit cake and fruit bread Thanks in advance.

Different meta-description per country?
I have this .com domain which is the corporate website. Next to this domain, we also have local domains. We would like to test with a different meta-description per country on this one corporate .com domain. Does anyone knows if this is possible and how we could integrate this?

No-index all the posts of a category
Hi everyone! I would like no-indexing all the posts of a specific category of my wordpress site. The problem is that the structure of my URL is composed without /category/: www.site-name.ext/date/post-name/

so without /category-name/ Is possibile to disallow the indexing of all the posts of the category via robots.txt? Using Yoast Plugin I can put the no-index for each post, but I would like to put the no-index (or disallow/) a time for all the post of the category. Google Indexing Wrong Title
Hey guys ! I have a wordpress website and also yoast seo plugin . I've set up a meta title which is : TV Online | Assistir Filmes| Notícias | Futebol |GogsTV . (I checked on some free tools to see , and they also show up this) but .... google is showing this : GogsTV: TV Online | Assistir Filmes| Notícias | Futebol . Seems they are trying to show my brand name first instead of my main keyword . I'm not sure why it doesnt indexes as i want ... Does anybody know how can i fix this . Thanks

Missing meta descriptions on indexed pages, portfolio, tags, author and archive pages. I am using SEO all in one, any advice?
I am having a few problems that I can't seem to work out.....I am fairly new to this and can't seem to work out the following: Any help would be greatly appreciated 🙂 1. I am missing alot of meta description tags. I have installed "All in One SEO" but there seems to be no options to add meta descriptions in portfolio posts. I have also written meta descriptions for 'tags' and whilst I can see them in WP they don't seem to be activated. 2. The blog has pages indexed by WP- called Part 2 (/page/2), Part 3 (/page/3) etc. How do I solve this issue of meta descriptions and indexed pages? 3. There is also a page for myself, the author, that has multiple indexes for all the blog posts I have written, and I can't edit these archives to add meta descriptions. This also applies to the month archives for the blog. 4. Also, SEOmoz tells me that I have too many links on my blog page (also indexed) and their consequent tags. Are Amazon meta tags efficient?
We are probably all familiar with general and Google guidelines for writing title and description tags.
