How long does Google takes to re-index title tags?

 Hi, We have carried out changes in our website title tags. However, when I search for these pages on Google, I still see the old title tags in the search results. Is there any way to speed this process up? Thanks

 Hi, I am contacting you guys again. Google has re-indexed our site completely. The only thing is our home page which remains with the old title tag... Any reason as to why this remains unchanged? See screenshot here: http://screencast.com/t/COF3cN9zC5

 I can also add that Google might also just insert it's own title tag for your page, and completely disregard you title tag you want. Why? Because they feel they know better, in my experience, they don't, it makes no sense to me at all why Google would basically slap your hand and say " No, bad, this is what we're using ". When it's your site to begin with. But it is Google and at the end of the day, it's their search engine = their rules. So all that can be said is, make sure your title tag is within character limits, and relevant, index it and wait. It's kinda like rich snippets and search bars for brand name searches, they choose when those show up as well, it's really odd how SEOs, SEMs and so forth squeeze themselves through Google's molds, yet Google just let's themselves hang everywhere without care. But them be the breaks! Just understand this ( Google > Us )

 Hi, If you have made changes in the content also with title tags then Google may index it withing six days. But if you have just made changes in the title tags only then it will take 3-4 weeks or more. Also for fast indexing you can request Google to re-crawl your site in Google Webmaster.

 I would use the search console "fetch as google" it can take a few weeks for Google to crawl and update your site in the serps. Usually I leave 4-6 weeks for any change (on a small site) with larger sites normally being crawled more frequently. When you do cache:yourdomain.com in google chrome, is the time listed sooner than you did the changes?

		My brand name has 2 words but Google only indexing as 1 word. Is there a fix?
 Hi all...I'm at a loss. I've never had this happen. Google only shows pages of my site when I search the brand name as one word. When I Google the site as one word BrandBrand- it only shows my blog page and about us page plus Twitter and Facebook on page 1. The homepage does not show up at all. When I Google the site as two words Brand Brand - My Facebook page is on page 1 but nothing else. The homepage isn't showing up at all. When I search both words on Bing and Yahoo both are indexing it as two words and shows on page 1. Any ideas? Technical SEO | | TexasBlogger0

		Does Google read dynamic canonical tags?
 Does Google recognize rel=canonical tag if loaded dynamically via javascript? Here's what we're using to load: <script> //Inject canonical link into page head if (window.location.href.indexOf("/subdirname1") != -1) { canonicalLink = window.location.href.replace("/kapiolani", ""); } if (window.location.href.indexOf("/subdirname2") != -1) { canonicalLink = window.location.href.replace("/straub", ""); } if (window.location.href.indexOf("/subdirname3") != -1) { canonicalLink = window.location.href.replace("/pali-momi", ""); } if (window.location.href.indexOf("/subdirname4") != -1) { canonicalLink = window.location.href.replace("/wilcox", ""); } if (canonicalLink != window.location.href) { var link = document.createElement('link'); link.rel = 'canonical'; link.href = canonicalLink; document.head.appendChild(link); } script> Technical SEO | | SoulSurfer80

		How to check if an individual page is indexed by Google?
 So my understanding is that you can use site: [page url without http] to check if a page is indexed by Google, is this 100% reliable though? Just recently Ive worked on a few pages that have not shown up when Ive checked them using site: but they do show up when using info: and also show their cached versions, also the rest of the site and pages above it (the url I was checking was quite deep) are indexed just fine. What does this mean? thank you p.s I do not have WMT or GA access for these sites Technical SEO | | linklander0

		Setting title tag with javascript/jquery
 Hi there, I'm looking for some advice. I've recently implemented a few jQuery functions which gets specific content from the page and then sets the title and description. See working example here. It seems to work fine but my question I have is whether Google bots can read it and whether it might actually hinder my SEO efforts? Any advice would be really appreciated! Why google index my IP URL
 hi guys, a question please. if site:112.65.247.14 , you can see google index our website IP address, this could duplicate with our darwinmarketing.com content pages. i am not quite sure why google index my IP pages while index domain pages, i understand this could because of backlink, internal link and etc, but i don't see obvious issues there, also i have submit request to google team to remove ip address index, but seems no luck. Please do you have any other suggestion on this? i was trying to do change of address setting in Google Webmaster Tools, but didn't allow as it said "Restricted to root level domains only", any ideas? Thank you! boson Technical SEO | | DarwinChinaSEO0
