my site https://worldunscrambler.net/ is brand new... never registered before I checked the history and can confirm that.....Google index my site but bing gives me an error.. The inspected URL is known to Bing but has some issues which are preventing indexation. We recommend you follow Bing Webmaster Guidelines to increase your chances of indexation. I don't know why they are doing this to me... I am very frustrated and don't know how to fix that... I contact bing support many times through the search console but they are not replying to me....
if anyone has the solution please please help me out.

@lindsey-steinkamp My website www.cilacap.info has been running for 3 years this month, but 1 month ago when my website was approved on Bing News, Bing said it had to wait another 2-3 weeks for it to appear on Bing News. But it's been more than 3 weeks and it doesn't show up and my website was deleted right when my website was approved on bing news. When asked to Bing I was not satisfied with their explanation, because they said that since the last time my website was crawled it did not comply with Bing standards.

I know this is an old thread but recently I am in the same boat. Have used no black hat seo, and fully comply with bing webmaster guidelines. One day stopped getting bing traffic. Looked and my site was no longer listed. The response from bing was the same "comply with guidelines, we can't tell you more" After doing some research I have seen that this has happened to thousands of websites, some of which were 20 years old. I've also come to the conclusion there is not much you can do about it besides reach out to bing and hope you get the right site auditor. In my case it happened immediately after switching from rank math to seopress so it may be seo related. I noticed seopress was indexing categories and tags which maybe what the problem was because then pages get indexes multiple times and it looks like duplicate content. I've now set them to no index so we will see but I have little hope.

I noticed 3 of the sites listed here has GeneratePress as the theme. I use that theme as well. Makes me wonder if it's the theme causing problems.

Along with this https://gbapps.info/ is also affected by this. Please help me to solve this issue. I have tested various ways but didn't get the result.

Hi Lindsey, They are not the same, but the contractors from Bing that were behind the quality check at that time could have marked that page as duplicative. I saw that happened on Google. Also, I think the issue could be that these two pages look alike in terms of design, and folks from Bing might think there is no reason to have these two pages in the SERPS because they look very similar. They cannot tell the exact issue because you will reverse engineer the problem. Ross

Hi Ross, The website you're referencing is the hospital foundation, a non-profit organization that seeks to raise money for the hospital. It is associated with the hospital but is a separate entity, so they aren't one and the same. I do see what you mean by the similarity in website design, but the content itself is very different so I'm not sure that would cause the issue? Thank you for your help. Lindsey

Hi there, I believe they think that your website is impersonating this website https://www.pardeehospitalfoundation.org To be honest they look quite similar. Are those two businesses are own by the same company? Ross

Any Tips for Reviving Old Websites?
Hi, I have a series of websites that have been offline for seven years. Do you guys have any tips that might help restore them to their former SERPs glory? Nothing about the sites themselves has changes since they went offline. Same domains, same content, and only a different server. What has changed is the SERPs landscape. I've noticed competitive terms that these sites used to rank on the first page for with far more results now. I have also noticed some terms result in what seems like a thesaurus similar language results from traditionally more authoritative websites instead of the exact phrase searched for. This concerns me because I could see a less relevant page outranking me just because it is on a .gov domain with similar vocabulary even though the result is not what people searching for the term are most likely searching for. The sites have also lost numerous backlinks but still have some really good ones. Intermediate & Advanced SEO | | CopBlaster.com1

How to structure articles on a website.
Hi All, Key to a successful website is quality content - so the Gods of Google tell me. Embrace your audience with quality feature rich articles on your products or services, hints and tips, how to, etc. So you build your article page with all the correct criteria; Long Tail Keyword or phrases hitting the URL, heading, 1st sentance, etc. My question is this Intermediate & Advanced SEO | | Mark_Ch
Let's say you have 30 articles, where would you place the 30 articles for SEO purposes and user experiences. My thought are:
1] on the home page create a column with a clear heading "Useful articles" and populate the column with links to all 30 articles.
 or
2] throughout your website create link references to the articles as part of natural information flow.
 or
3] Create a banner or impact logo on the all pages to entice your audience to click and land on dedicated "articles page" Thanks Mark0

Archiving a festival website - subdomain or directory?
Hi guys I look after a festival website whose program changes year in and year out. There are a handful of mainstay events in the festival which remain each year, but there are a bunch of other events which change each year around the mainstay programming. This often results in us redoing the website each year (a frustrating experience indeed!) We don't archive our past festivals online, but I'd like to start doing so for a number of reasons 1. These past festivals have historical value - they happened, and they contribute to telling the story of the festival over the years. They can also be used as useful windows into the upcoming festival. 2. The old events (while no longer running) often get many social shares, high quality links and in some instances still drive traffic. We try out best to 301 redirect these high value pages to the new festival website, but it's not always possible to find a similar alternative (so these redirects often go to the homepage) Anyway, I've noticed some festivals archive their content into a subdirectory - i.e. www.event.com/2012 However, I'm thinking it would actually be easier for my team to archive via a subdomain like 2012.event.com - and always use the www.event.com URL for the current year's event. I'm thinking universally redirecting the content would be easier, as would cloning the site / database etc. My question is - is one approach (i.e. directory vs. subdomain) better than the other? Do I need to be mindful of using a subdomain for archival purposes? Hope this all makes sense. Many thanks! Intermediate & Advanced SEO | | cos20300

Moving Content To Another Website With No Redirect?
I've got a website that has lots of valuable content and tools but it's been hit too hard by both Panda and Penguin. I came to the conclusion that I'd be better off with a new website as this one is going to hell no matter how much time and money I put in it. Had I started a new website the first time it got hit by Penguin, I'd be profitable today. I'd like to move some of that content to this other domain but I don't want to do 301 redirects as I don't want to pass bad link juice. I know I'll lose all links and visitors to the original website but I don't care. My only concern is duplicate content. I was thinking of setting the pages to noindex on the original website and wait until they don't appear in Google's index. Then I'd move them over to the new domain to be indexed again. Do you see any problem with this? Should I rewrite everything instead? I hate spinning content...! Intermediate & Advanced SEO | | sbrault741

		DNS or 301 Website Redirect
We are running a marketplace site, so we have thousands of vendors selling their products on our site. Each vendor has a Profile page and we are soon to launch a premium store-front that is white label. Many of these vendors will want to point a custom url to their premium store-front (which is a sub domain of the marketplace) and we are trying to get an understanding of how we should instruct them to point their url in a way that will give the main marketplace site the seo juice. We also want to understand what will show up in the address bar. Will it be their url or our sub domain? Will any of the marketplace seo juice boost their url local listing status? Splitting one Website into 2 Different New Websites with 301 redirects, help?
Here's the deal. My website stbands.com does fairly well. The only issue it is facing a long term branding crisis. It sells custom products and sporting goods. We decided that we want to make a sporting goods website for the retail stuff and then a custom site only focusing on the custom stuff. One website transformed and broken into 2 new ones, with two new brand names. The way we are thinking about doing this is doing a lot of 301 redirects, but what do we do with the homepage (stbands.com) and what is the best practice to make sure we don't lose traffic to the categories, etc.? Which new website do we 301 the homepage to? It's rough because for some keywords we rank 3 or 4 times on the first page. Scary times, but something must be done for the long term. Any advise is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance. We are set for a busy next few months 🙂 Intermediate & Advanced SEO | | Hyrule0
