          Hello,

How Moz can help me in finding less competitive keywords for a site based on omega masticating juicer. I had tried other tools but i am not satisfied with it.

Kindly tell me the process to find it. Thanks.

Optimise your company website for “long tail keywords”- we done this for our company, so for example:
An example of a long tail keyword is “garden room companies in the city of Bath”- it’s a long tail keywords, yet if your business, sells say summerhouses, and you rank on page one of Google for this, it could improve your SEO.

              @romanjames a bit late but

              1. If I were you, I wouldn't write about a Juicer. It's better to write blogs about a skill or hobby, not a product, so go for juice making, not a juicer cause info type sites do much better than just spammy affiliate type stuff.

              2. If it's a topic you're knowledgeable about and interested in, break it down into the major categories and keep branching down. For example, idk much about juicing (all my gains are natural, pun intended, lol), but I'd probably do something like juicing for beginners, juicer assembly, juicer maintenance, juicer repair. Break the topic down as much as you possibly can. I'm trusting you to know much more about the juicer cause I'm just making this up, idek what the Omega looks like or if there's assembly required.

Finally, once you have it broken down as much as possible, put the different keywords into Moz and see what you can find.
Once again, if it's something you're into, I trust that this won't be hard to do, and the more you get into it, the better you become. You'll probably end up coming up with blog title keywords throughout your day every day, almost like it's a curse.
I be brushing my teeth or commuting to work and suddenly get a juicy idea for a blog post, so I keep my phone and notepad on speed dial at all times cause.

Remember, keyword tools aren't everything, especially if you're not into the subject. Good luck.

Hello aspirant! I've got your question. It is pretty simple to find low competitive keywords through Moz.

                    Here are the following steps:

                    1. Go to Keyword explorer

                    2. Enter your competitor's site URL

                    3. Now set the keyword Difficulty according to your choice(e.g 15-20)

This is the most effective method that I have used to find low competition keywords with very high search volume for my  glasvezelbehanger gezocht website.

I hope now your all confusion is gone.

                    Thanks!

How many keywords do you recommend tracking?

I am working through thousands of organic keywords and would like to create a list of core keywords.  I want the list to be small enough that we can really go after these keywords and track progress.  I work for a B2B software company.  I am thinking between 20-30 but I would love to hear any tips, opinions and recommendations! Thank you!

Bye Bye Keyword Difficulty Tool :(

So the Keyword Difficulty Tool will be retired from the end of this month. Is anyone else worried about this? - because I just don't trust the numbers coming back from Keyword Explorer. Never have. I've even raised this with Moz staff previously, when there was a huge difference between the score given by the keyword difficulty tool vs keyword explorer. From what I see in Domain and Page authority and in the SERPs then the score from keyword difficulty tool, was always more accurate, and thankfully have been able to use both tools, but from next month I feel somewhat uneasy about solely relying on the score from Keyword Explorer. Thoughts? and feel free to run your own tests on keywords and I'm sure you'll see what I mean.

How granular should I get with Keyword research?

I'm doing KW research for a new business. My understanding from KW research guides: Use tools to create a list of thousands of keywords Analyze difficulty and search volume Reduce your list and do on page optimization for your select KWs My dilemma with this approach is that it seems "keyword based" rather than "intent" or "category" based. e.g. Let's say I have a grocery store. Ignoring SEO, I know that these are my main categories: Produce Meat Dairy Canned Goods Baked Goods In other words, the above categories are the general "intents" and "categories" that I'd really want to rank for. Keyword tool shows that they have high volume and high difficulty. Let's say that after doing keyword research, I discover "Low Fat Chicken Breasts" and "Turkey Sausage" and "Cheap Meat Wholesale" have decent search volume and low competition. I don't quite understand how I'm supposed to utilize these fringe keywords in my on page SEO plan because it doesn't make sense as a human to categorize my site that way. Not sure if this is clear. Basically I'm trying to figure out if I should really be getting this granular on keywords to help guide my store categories or if I should just be picking broader terms.

Finding the best of 100's of keywords?

Have an online e-commerce store and need to start on keyword research.  There is a round 1000 products, not very many all things considered but a very big job to do manually. Do you know any tools that could speed it up? or Process/method that could help? Thanks

Where can I find data on growth in individual keyword search terms, over tiime?

I am operating in an emerging market, and want to understand the underlying growth in the relevant Google keyword search terms. I can use this as a proxy for market growth. I have checked out Google Trends, but this confusingly shows peak search volumes (out of 100) not search volumes. Are there any better tools out there? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

                      Keywords + Country?

Hey guys, Let's say that I'm doing on-site SEO for a website that sells football shirts. This website targets 5 different countries. We only have a .com domain and no other country specific domains will be added at this point. When I choose the keywords, do I opt for product name + country or only product name? football shirts france or football shirts? Some info: Countries have been added in the title of the pages. Countries appear in the footer. Thank You.

                      Bulk keyword competition tool?

The SEOmoz Keyword Difficulty tool is great, but the 5 keyword limit is too small. I need a tool that will allow checking the organic competition level of 100's of keywords (to help in selecting blog topics). Anyone know of such a tool?

I am trying to establish my best keywords using the keyword difficulty tool. So if I want to come up with the best keywords, should I use the ones that come in at 50%??
