Unsolved Mobile Rankings for me and competitors disappear in Moz but still ranking.

Hi, I'm trying to create an SEO report for my client however their mobile rankings have completely disappeared for Google Mobile rankings. Competitors rankings have disappeared as well. Could this be a Moz configuration issue?

Hello,
I've encountered an interesting situation with Mobile Rankings on Moz that I could use some insight on. It appears that both my rankings and those of my competitors have disappeared on Moz's platform, despite the fact that we're still able to see our rankings on search engines. This discrepancy is quite puzzling, as the rankings are evidently there, but Moz isn't displaying them.
I wonder if anyone else has encountered a similar issue and if there's an explanation or solution for this situation. It's perplexing to witness rankings on search engines but not see them reflected on Moz's platform.
If anyone has experienced this before or has any suggestions on how to address it, I would greatly appreciate your input. We're all striving to make informed decisions regarding our SEO efforts, and this situation has definitely thrown a curveball.
Looking forward to your insights!
Best regards,
@punandjokes222P.S. On a lighter note, for more curious mysteries, you might enjoy visiting PunandJokes.com!

If the mobile rankings for your website and your competitors have disappeared in Moz, but you are still seeing rankings in actual search results, there could be a few possible explanations for this situation:
Technical issue: It's possible that there is a technical issue or glitch within the Moz tool that is causing the mobile rankings to disappear. In such cases, it's recommended to reach out to Moz's customer support to report the issue and seek their assistance in resolving it.
Update or changes in Moz's data: Moz regularly updates its data and algorithms to provide the most accurate and relevant information. It's possible that there have been updates or changes in how Moz collects and displays mobile rankings. In such cases, it's best to refer to Moz's official documentation or contact their support for clarification. If the mobile rankings for your website and your competitors have disappeared in Moz, but you are still seeing rankings in actual search results, there could be a few possible explanations for this situation:

It's unlikely that this is a configuration issue with Moz or any other SEO tool, especially if you're seeing that the mobile rankings for competitors have disappeared as well.
If you're suddenly unable to see mobile rankings for any sites, it's more likely due to changes in Google's algorithms or policies. As of my knowledge cutoff in September 2021, Google has been moving towards a "mobile-first" indexing strategy for several years. This means Google predominantly uses the mobile version of the content for indexing and ranking.
There are a few potential explanations for what you're observing:
Google Update: There might have been an update from Google that has changed how they handle mobile rankings or mobile-first indexing, leading to a widespread change in mobile rankings.
Reporting Error: There could be an error in how mobile rankings are being reported, either on Google's end or within the tool you're using to track rankings.
Technical Issue: There might be a technical issue on your client's website or on the websites of their competitors that is affecting mobile indexing or rankings.
To determine what's happening, I would recommend the following steps:
Check Google's Webmaster Central Blog, SEO news sites, and SEO forums to see if there's been a recent update or change that could be affecting mobile rankings.
Check with Moz's support or help forums to see if they are aware of any reporting issues.
Run a technical SEO audit of your client's website to see if there are any issues that might be affecting mobile indexing or rankings.
If you still can't determine the cause, consider reaching out to a professional SEO consultant or agency for further assistance.

Unsolved Wild fluctuations in ranking, any thoughts on why or what to do about it?
We have a keyword which is important to us and used to have rock steady rankings for over a decade. Over the past 9 months or so it has been fluctuating all over the place. Jumping up or down 20 places or so overnight. Any thoughts on this behaviour and what we should be doing to stabilise the ranking?Screenshot 2024-05-13 at 09.47.jpg

English pages given preference over local language
We recently launched a new design of our website and for SEO purposes we decided to have our website both in English and in Dutch. However, when I look at the rankings in MOZ for many of our keywords, it seems the English pages are being preferred over the Dutch ones. That never used to be the case when we had our website in the old design. It mainly is for pages that have an English keyword attached to them, but even then the Dutch page would just rank. I'm trying to figure out why English pages are being preferred now and whether that could actually damage our rankings, as search engines would prefer copy in the local language. An example is this page: https://www.bluebillywig.com/nl/html5-video-player/ for the keywords "HTML5 player" and "HTML5 video player".

Keywords are indexed on the home page
Hello everyone, For one of our websites, we have optimized for many keywords. However, it seems that every keyword is indexed on the home page, and thus not ranked properly. This occurs only on one of our many websites. I am wondering if anyone knows the cause of this issue, and how to solve it. Thank you.

Ahrefs vs Moz
Hi! I noticed the Moz DA en the Ahrefs DA are very different. Where https://www.123opzeggen.nl/ has a DA of 10 at MOZ, the DA at Ahrefs is 26. Where does this big difference come from? Do you measure in different ways? I hope you can answer this question for me. Thank you in advance!

MOZ Versus HUBSPOT??? If We Discontinue MOZ Subscription and Get HUBSPOT, Anything Lost?
How does Hubspot compare with MOZ? Doe it provide similar features or is the functionality very different? Is Hubspot complementary to MOZ or could it be used as a substitute? If we stopped our MOZ subscription and subscribed to Hubspot would we lose anything? Thanks, Alan

A question on keywords that rank 51+
Good afternoon everyone. I wanted to pose a question to the group about keywords and the "on-page optimization - grade a page tool." I have a list of keywords that I am trying to rank for. Some of them are not ranked in the top 50, so on the keyword ranking tool it gives you the 51+ message in the rank column. For the items that are ranked I can try to improve them by looking at grade a page and typing in the URL and keyword. It will then give me a score and suggestions on how to improve it. With that being said, is there an easy way to find out which pages I should be optimizing those keywords which rank at 51+ for, besides typing the keywords in Google and seeing what URL it associates with the specific keyword? I hope the question above is clear.
