Need to solve "Oops our crawlers were unable to access" url for new campaign

I'm putting the url designfirstkitchenandbath.com and getting the "oops! our crawlers were unable to access the site. Since this site is a potential client, which shows up online, I can't get access to fix the code, plus while I can write a little html I don't feel comfortable working with hard, live code on someonelse's site. Anyone have a simple solution?

I've taken a look at that URL, and from what I can see it looks like we're running into a 403 error which means that ultimately, access to that URL is forbidden:

This 403 error is coming directly from your server, so at this point the best thing to do will be to send this information to your client/their web dev. They'll need to make sure our crawler (rogerbot) is whitelisted, so our tools can start working hard for you, and that you aren't blocking AWS (Amazon Web Services) on the server level.

Limit MOZ crawl rate on Shopify or when you don't have access to robots.txt
Hello. I'm wondering if there is a way to control the crawl rate of MOZ on our site. It is hosted on Shopify which does not allow any kind of control over the robots.txt file to add a rule like this: User-Agent: rogerbot Crawl-Delay: 5 Due to this, we get a lot of 430 error codes -mainly on our products- and this certainly would prevent MOZ from getting the full picture of our shop. Can we rely on MOZ's data when critical pages are not being crawled due to 430 errors? Is there any alternative to fix this? Thanks

Moz tool bar shows "No markup schema" in webpage despites having proper schema code in page.
We have proper markup schema installed in webpage (validated using data structure tool by google) but moz tool bar says "Schema.org not found on this page." What should be the problem ?

Does "Disallow: /xmlrpc.php" in robots.txt affect moz tools ability to fetch DA?
Just checked a website for Domain Authority using Moz' tool, however it returned 1 for DA, which should be unlikely. I have been trying to find the problem and found "Disallow: /xmlrpc.php" in robots.txt. Could this affect Moz' tools ability to get the required data?

Only One Canonical URL Tag
HI, I'm an SEO novice - company owner with no money so doing it all myself with help from my web designer using wordpress. Ive just completed some seo and done the moz page scoring analysis for optimisation and gained 92% - however - there is one outstanding issue on canonical url tags - i.e. recommened fix = The canonical URL tag is intended to refer duplicate pages to a single canonical URL. To ensure the search engines properly parse the canonical source, your page should use only one version of this tag in the header. See Canonical URL Tag - the Most Important Advancement in SEO Practices Since Sitemaps Ive gone through the page code and can see I have 2 rel=canonical references - am I able to simply delete one - how do I do this if its been created by the yoast/wordpress plug-in? What is Considered Duplicate Content by Crawlers?
I am asking this because I have a couple of site audit tools that I use to crawl a site I work on every week and they are showing duplicate content issues (which I know there is a lot on this site) but some of what is flagged as duplicate content makes no sense. For example, the following URL's were grouped together as duplicate content: | https://www.firefold.com/contact-us | https://www.firefold.com/gabe | https://www.firefold.com/sale | | | How are these pages duplicate content? I am confused on what site audit tools are considering duplicate content. Just FYI, this is data from Moz crawl diagnostics but SEMrush site auditor is giving me the same type of data. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Ryan

How to change the search profiles in the new mozbar
Hi, I want to change the search profiles in the new mozbar, but clicking the + Add new profile does nothing. Is this a browser issue? I'm using chrome Version 35.0.1916.114 m Any light on this would be great because there's no point in me checking US results because my site is only geared towards UK customers, being a mortgage broker we can't target other countries except to cater for expats. How to find all 301 redirect for URL xyz.com/products (internal and external)?
This is what we are thinking: Get all URL of the xyz.com/products using XENU software. Search  those URL on google (site;xyz.com url ) to find out if they are crawled by google, do the same on bing (as currently google shows 4k URL and bing 11k ) Use opensiteexplorer (301 redirect ) and using (internal external) to get the desired result. Is this the right approach? If not, what is the best way to find the correct result? All suggestions are welcome.
