Logo Image H1 Tag SquareSpace

We have a site hosted on SquareSpace: Roomhance.com
Going through the on-page optimizaton tool, we noticed that the H1 tags weren't fully optimized.
If you click on view source on the page, it shows 2 H1 tags on the home page:

The 2nd one shown above it the H1 tag we want. I'm wondering if the H1 tag in the logo image is hurting us for SEO? Can't figure out how to modify it in SquareSpace.

Yes, those kinds of issues are typical for the super-simple website design tools. Do you want multiple h1 tags? No, you don't. Will it hurt you in this case, no, it won't. In the future, when you move to a new platform, you can take care of issues like that, but for now, I wouldn't worry about it.

I am getting a number of these errors reported for collection pages where I am using a full width banner image at the top of the page with no visible description underneath. Is using a H1 tag in a logo image bad for SEO?
We have brand logos on certain pages that have H1 tags in them - the H1 text being the brand's name, as this is what we'd want the title of the page to be. The logos are at the top of the page instead of a written title. But is this the best option for SEO? Do search engines value H1 tags in images as highly as a standard H1 tag?Would it be better for SEO to add an alt tag to the logo and add a separate H1 tag on the page that's also the name of the brand?

SEO can id and class be used in H1?
Can ID and class be used in my H1 tag. I realize best case would be to change it, but it's going to require a change order from the ecommerce company to fix their sloppy code. Will this hurt seo? Example:

Hi Friends, In my blog I used to write unique content in between 300 to 450 words and add the related tags up to 15. I feel like because they don't contribute to the actual content structure and because they are repeated from page to page, we should avoid them, but I have nothing to back my intuition. Do images on a CDN affect my Google Ranking?
I have recently switched my images to a CDN (MaxCDN) and all of the images within my post are now get loaded directly from the CDN. Will this affect my Google ranking? Do Google care if the image is hosted physicaly on the domain?

Same H1 tag in header across entire site
Should I have the same H1 tag in my header through out my entire site? Or is this considered to be self canalization for my main keywords. For example right now I have an H1 tag with my main targeted keywords on every page on my site, even if the pages content doesn't necessarily match the keywords in the H1 tag.
