Target: blank. Does it make an SEO difference?

I've notice many sites MOZ included no longer use the target: blank attribute. I think that's what it's called. Basically when a link on your site opens a new tab in the browser as opposed to replacing the browser window you are in. Given that MOZ think of everything, I would love to hear opinions on this.

From a UX perspective: This allows the visitor to refer to the linked page/info but be able to continue on with the article/page from your site. From an SEO perspective, IMO This helps your bounce rate from jumping when people engage the links you have on your site. Check out this previous Q&A posted by our buddy Max Minzer! Hope this helps with your question!! http://a-moz.groupbuyseo.org/community/q/when-is-it-good-to-use-target-_blank

There really isn't any practical difference. Here's the raw HTML so you can see [Your Link Here](some url) OR Your Link Here vs [Your Link Here](some url) Google's bot will parse the URL and note it as a link.

Hi! I don't think this is really SEO-related, but more about user experience. It has been more and more common to let the user decide what is supposed to be happening when clicking links, not making the decissions for her/him. My 2 cents Anders

		# Tag - opacity and SEO impact
 Hello, Technical SEO | | Tiffany_Barn
I have a query animation 'fade-in-up' on my website: tiffanybarnard.com which moves the H1 tag slightly and fades it in from zero opacity to 1. Will this affect the SEO value of the H1 tag?
 Thank you!0

		SEO - New URL structure
Hi, Currently we have the following url structure for all pages, regardless of the hierarchy: domain.co.uk/page, such as domain/blog name. Can you, please confirm the following: 1. What is the benefit of organising the pages as a hierarchy, i.e. domain/features/feature-name or domain/industries/industry-name or domain/blog/blog name etc. 2. This will create too many 301s - what is Google's tolerance of redirects? Is it worth for us changing the url structure or would you only recommend to add breadcrumbs? Many thanks Katarina Technical SEO | | Katarina-Borovska1

		Schema for Banks and SEO
I'm researching Schema opportunities for a bank, but besides the shema markup available today (like bankorcreditunion) and developments with FIBO, I can find no answer as to the effect of tagging interest rates and such in terms of SERP/CTR performance or visibility. Does anyone have a case study to share or some insight on the matter? Technical SEO | | Netsociety0

200 Redirects for SEO instead of 301
We are working with a company on re-platforming our website. On a call yesterday they outlined a strategy to use 200 redirects for our top keywords instead of 301s. I am not familiar with this type of redirect and was wondering if anyone could provide some more insight.
