Open Site Explorer and Expired Links?

Hi guys,
I've been checking a few domains for SEO purposes and it appears that OSE is indexing a lot of links which no longer exist, this has been the case for over 6 months - does OSE cleanse expired links? As I'm sure they will be contributing to authority in the eyes of Moz?

I believe the talk you are referring to from Rand is about Google.

The main index uses data that was crawled in the last 120 days (we may expand that number).
But it includes all the domains/pages that we crawled and all domains/pages that were linked to by pages that we crawled. So a page/domain may exist in the index if there is a link to it on a page. But pages that don't exist tend not to have a lot of links to them as a result have a very low PA/DA.
Once crawl data gets to old it will not be used for further index so bad links will expire that way.

Some link value is, surprisingly, retained even after the link is removed.

My website (I am attaching the link to it, if you cannot attach the link remove it but please give me an answer) https://mejorhora.com/ 3 MONTHS ago I made different redirections from other websites that I have with high authority in order to increase both the Da and the DR since I sell links to that website and it suits me. Ahref showed me all the links after a few days, also in search console. However, in Moz it does not recognize more than 500 new domains that give me links. Because? It's been 3 months... Hi.. I need to check backlinks for one of my client website duplicatebills through Moz Pro link explorer tool then its show that linking domain to this website are 90 but when i cross check these links from other tools like Ahref free backlinking tool then its show a different figure (ahref show that linking domain to this website are 103).

Why moz and ahrefs reported a remove link that is exist?
Hi in last few days I checked my website in moz link explorer and ahrefs and it showed lots of my backlink as removed! But when I checked this on the browser its OK is there any problem with these tools? Anyone has this problem? Thanks

I'm trying to do an audit but I can't seem to figure out how to find .edu and .gov backlinks from the new link explorer. Can someone please help? I'm trying to learn how as open site explorer will be replaced by the link explorer. Thank you!

How to download full list of internal links properly with OSE?
Hi Moz Community, I am having issues getting a full list of my internal links when I go to the Open Site Explorer. When I export the internal links into excel, I am getting half of my URLs and 80% of what I am getting is absolutely crazy URLs that are super super old. Plus, these old URLs are not even showing in my campaign crawls. So the crawls themselves are different. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated, since I am trying to get a full picture on the internal link structure of my site. Thanks!

Open Site Explore page titles show as "No Title"
This has been asked many times but I cannot find an answer. On Open Site Explorer, most URLs I enter show as "No title" which means you have to hover over the URL to see which page is being referred to. I know you'd want an example, so here's your own site Moz.com 🙂 CWrkxZQ

Guys and Girls, I'm having a weird issue in one of my sites , thing is the site had DA 11 in July and however when check on September Site is having 26 without me doing any type of link building and there are no new posts for this month as well. When checked using open site explorer there are no backlinks indexed in their Mozcape index as well. Open site explorer
Hi, I am a little confused how open site explorer updates (not sure its working as aspected). It shows the recent discovered links but these then disappear and do not show in the main list (Inbound links) after a few days. Plus the links in the inbound links tab has not changed for nearly 10 weeks, my other tools are showing the new links..... Does it update on a certain data, if so where can i check the status? Thanks
