Internal Linking - Post links vs Side Bar Links behaving differently

Hi,
I have a question regarding the internal linking behavior. My website is www.hindimeaning.com which is approx 3 years old. I have approx 450 posts.
Now i have a widget on right sidebar "Popular posts". A widget below my posts "Related Posts". And a simple html CSS menu above the posts (I removed menu around 6 month before so currently it will not show.)
I crawled my site with moz crawler (same are the result from google crawler as well) and it shows menus links as internal links. While sidebar widget "Popular posts" and "Related Posts" are not showing as internal links.
If we talk theoretically what i learn till now is "every link on a page behaves as internal link". Then why the widget links are not showing as internal links.

well some of them are and your navigation which obviously should contain internal URLs does contain internal URLs. I am sending a screenshot of one of your widgets and a look at the actual URL which is an internal URL as your other widgets contained the same domain "hindimeaning.com" they are internal URLs as well.
here is a screenshot below of your entire home page sorry if it looks strange my browser is dragged pretty wide.
Regardless it looks like you using a Genesis 1 framework is this correct?
Go into appearance then widgets you will see the URLs and be able to modify them to your liking.
So far I have not seen external URLs meaning from another domain.

Yes...my widgets contains URLs but still they are not appearing as internal links. why?

popular posts and related posts are dynamic so they would not show up as URL's when you say widgets
you mean the widgets containing the URLs that make up most of the website as I have only seen two pages but they look very similar.
this Would not allow me to click on the other URL until after the video that's what the second link is for
your widgets contain URLs
could you please rephrase the question and take note that the code I looked at is not ideal.

The Benefit of Internal Backwards Links in Product Descriptions
We want to work out if it is beneficial to use links pointing back to categories (higher up in the structure) on our website product pages. For example, our Aria Dress by Jadore is found through the path: Home > Bridesmaid > Full Length Bridesmaids Dresses > Aria Dress In the product description for the Aria Dress, is it beneficial to include internal links pointing back to higher branches in the website structure .e.g. the Full Length Bridesmaids Dresses category page, the Bridesmaid category page, as well as linking back to the 'Jadore' page? A link with "return false"- OSE sees as a No Followed Link
Hello, I couldn't find a clear answer to the impact on SEO for a link written in this way: [" class="expert_info" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">](w</span>ww.yourwebsite.com<span style=) [Does the "return false" act as a "no follow"? I came across this in our link data in Open Site Explorer which lists these links all as "no follows." However, an engineer I spoke to said that it shouldn't impact search engine behavior. Any ideas? Site Published Our Guest Post but Removed the Link Back
I recently developed a nice article for a career site and they agreed to publish it as a guest post. Once they published the article I noticed they had removed the link back to my site in the byline. What is a best way to approach this situation? Would you ask them to take down the article if they are unwilling to link back to your site?

Does the ratio of external nofollow links to external "do follow" links matter in terms of SERPs ranking?
My site has an external link nofollow:dofollow ratio of approximately 1:1 That is, there are about as many nofollow external links as "do follow" external links. I have an impression that the ratio of no-follow to "do follow" links is a factor in the way that our website shows up in SERPs. I have the impression from reading a variety of sources, and from looking at Seomoz, that calculate "trust" factors as if they mattered (in SERPs), that seem to value a relatively low nofollow:dofollow ratio.
