Hi there,
I purchased MozLocal for my firm on February 27th, about 7 and a half weeks ago to the day. While I've been waiting for the results to populate and the program to do it's work, I've been manually updating all the other listings with photos and categories based off the "missing info" Moz Local provides. Throughout the last almost 8 weeks, my listing score has increased a total of 1%. At this point, should I expect to see any further results from this tool? I'm still seeing "Update in progress", yet it seems enough time has passed for at least something to happen. After two months of waiting, I'm wondering if I would have been better off updating these listings myself. Does anyone have any idea when/if I should be seeing any results?

Thanks for writing us, and we would be happy to take a look. if possible can you email this question to [email protected]. We know that providing listing information on a public forum is not the greatest experience so by emailing [email protected] a helpster should be able to review the account to make sure that everything is in tip top shape. One thing that I will say is that listing information generally takes about four weeks to update but it can take up to eight.
Hopefully once we take a peek we will be able to get everything sorted and your account back to its wonderful status.

Hello, I just signed up for Moz local, when will all of the directories promised be populated with the information I filled out in the dashboard? It is my understanding, I just fill out my profile on Moz local and all the business listing will be automatically created and updated for me. or do I need to create the account on for example Manta and Forsquare and then you will update the existing account. Insider Pages and Citysearch listing issues
On our dashboard, I noticed that our Insider Pages listing (the one with the Insider Pages symbol) is linking to the listing for Citysearch. It is also the same link used for our Citysearch listing. Why is that? I managed to find our Insider Pages listing through a search on Google, but why isn't our Insider Pages listing in the dashboard going to that instead? Secondly, our Citysearch listing is showing a "PowerListings Synced" below the description, which indicates that it is managed by Yext. However, to our knowledge, we have not used Yext for that location. Could that be an issue? If we make an update to our listing, will it still be pushed to Citysearch? Thanks!

Moz Local users: Specs for Images?
I'm working on the the CSV for Moz Local and I'm wondering about Image and Logo specs. For the five images that are allowed to be uploaded, are there any size specs (width, height and file size) that assures that my images will be likely to be accepted throughout the various Moz Local partners? How do I correct my axiom.com directory listing?
Does anyone know how I can correct my axiom.com directory listing? I do pay for Moz Local Listings, however, this one refused to updater per my CVS file used by Moz. Is there a way to do so without paying axiom as well? The provided website URL fails to display and the city is incorrect on axiom.com's directory. It is correct in the Moz file submitted.

How does Moz Local work with business that don't have a physical location? (e.g., handyman, locksmith, etc.)
I'm wondering how Moz Local will handle a business that doesn't want to publicly display an address. A handyman, landscaper, or locksmith might want to do something like this. Is it easily handled or do you have to manually try to "work around" to hide the address on sites that let you? Thanks!
