Moz Local Listing Score

Hi there,
I purchased MozLocal for my firm on February 27th, about 7 and a half weeks ago to the day. While I've been waiting for the results to populate and the program to do it's work, I've been manually updating all the other listings with photos and categories based off the "missing info" Moz Local provides. Throughout the last almost 8 weeks, my listing score has increased a total of 1%. At this point, should I expect to see any further results from this tool? I'm still seeing "Update in progress", yet it seems enough time has passed for at least something to happen. After two months of waiting, I'm wondering if I would have been better off updating these listings myself. Does anyone have any idea when/if I should be seeing any results?

Thanks for writing us, and we would be happy to take a look. if possible can you email this question to [email protected]. We know that providing listing information on a public forum is not the greatest experience so by emailing [email protected] a helpster should be able to review the account to make sure that everything is in tip top shape. One thing that I will say is that listing information generally takes about four weeks to update but it can take up to eight.
Hopefully once we take a peek we will be able to get everything sorted and your account back to its wonderful status.

Unsolved Moz Local business listing
Hello, I just signed up for Moz local, when will all of the directories promised be populated with the information I filled out in the dashboard? It is my understanding, I just fill out my profile on Moz local and all the business listing will be automatically created and updated for me. or do I need to create the account on for example Manta and Forsquare and then you will update the existing account. Changing Phone Number for all of my Listings
Local Listings - We need to change the phone number. We made a new Facebook but the old one keeps syncing so I need to know how long before we can have the new phone number showing up on all of our other listings

“XXX Close” and “XXX Cl” showing up as inconsistencies of the same address in Moz Local checker
I was using the moz local check listing feature to check one of our clients whos addresses is “XXX Close” When i check listing in moz local i get 2 options of the site : with address “XXX Close” with address “XXX Cl” If i click on the “XXX Close” version it shows me listing where the address is written as “XXX Cl” as being inconsistent and visa versa if i click on the “XXX Cl” version. (this happens as some sites reformat the text, ive submitted them all as “XXX Close”) Is the something to be concerned about ? eg. could it effect rankings or does google understand that they are the same ?

Insider Pages and Citysearch listing issues
On our dashboard, I noticed that our Insider Pages listing (the one with the Insider Pages symbol) is linking to the listing for Citysearch. It is also the same link used for our Citysearch listing. Why is that? I managed to find our Insider Pages listing through a search on Google, but why isn't our Insider Pages listing in the dashboard going to that instead? Secondly, our Citysearch listing is showing a "PowerListings Synced" below the description, which indicates that it is managed by Yext. However, to our knowledge, we have not used Yext for that location. Could that be an issue? If we make an update to our listing, will it still be pushed to Citysearch? Thanks!

Moz Local - Multiple locations - How to Add another Location
Hello, Im so new to Moz Local and currently I have 2 of my clients using the service. I'm trying to add a second location for one of my client. Can anyone give me insight...step by step on How to do this? Please take a look at the screenshot. Also I believe it shows the second location as a duplicate? Best Practice on how to approach this? How does Moz Local work with business that don't have a physical location? (e.g., handyman, locksmith, etc.)
I'm wondering how Moz Local will handle a business that doesn't want to publicly display an address. A handyman, landscaper, or locksmith might want to do something like this. Is it easily handled or do you have to manually try to "work around" to hide the address on sites that let you? Thanks!
