Yeah, if this is representative of the other links, you should definitely look into those and either remove/disavow them.

Correct, they are not indexed and they are by far spam just looking at them. Here is an example of one

Some folks may disagree, but I'd say they're only spammy if they're spammy.
Not being indexed doesn't necessarily mean they're spam.I assume you mean they're not indexed in Google, correct? Not that they're not indexed in Open Site Explorer?

It really depends on the link.
The best way to define a bad link is to use your own intuition and common sense:
- Does this link help my website?
- Is this link relevant to my website?
- Would I trust this site (that's linking to me) if I landed on it?
- Is the website or content in which I am being linked from topically relevant to my website?
- If you check metrics - does anything about the metrics (domain authority, page authority,Majestic, SEMRush traffic/ranking data, etc) make me feel uneasy?
I would go through a backlink audit - what needs to be removed / disavowed? Start there and assess. Truthfully, if the site is not indexed, it's not that big of a deal. I would just make sure that's it's relevant and a good link, because it could send traffic.

Sudden spike in backlinks - should we disavow?
A kitchen remodelling firm in Australia has noticed a big increase in spammy backlinks to their website since April this year. Majestic shows that referring domains and backlinks during that period have gone up from 400 domains (10,000 links) to 1,070 domains (47,000+ links). About 100 are sitewide links. The vast majority are "follow" links directed at image files on the site - ending in .jpg. Ahrefs now shows the number one anchor text (23%) is a period (full stop) "." Most of the links come from .us domains, eg: cowboysr.us

alldpic.com Google Search Console isn't showing any of these links, there's no penalty on the site and there's been no noticeable change in rankings (if anything organic clicks went up over May, June, July) ... so we're wondering what action - if any - should be taken. Backlinks through dofollow commenting
I'm interested in building backlinks to my photography business site by leaving good, engaging comments on other photographers' DoFollow blogs. Is this a good idea? Is it worth the effort? Through a little research, I've managed to locate more than 40 dofollow photographer blogs that have a domain authority of 35+. The idea is to take an hour or so a week to leave 10-20 comments on their blog posts. Would you consider this a good strategy? I rank on the first and second page of most of my keywords that I'm working on, but I want to rank 1st or 2nd on them. I used the keyword finder tool on google adwords to find the keywords that are the most searched for in my area. Surprisingly the competition is not large, so I'm fairly comfident I can get there. I've already optimized my site substantially and I'm looking into link building. Thoughts?

Why is my domain authority so low?
Hello, a couple of years ago I started publishing on my site more than 10 posts a day of content that no one else had. For this reason, my competitors started paraphrasing my content without giving proper attribution, and they ranked better in Google. That's why I realized that apart from creating content I had to work on my SEO, so I started to get some backlinks, most of them via contests on blogs. I am getting about 1 high quality link from PR2, PR3 or PR4 blogs each week. According to Open Site Explorer, I have 20 root domain links (200 total links). In reality I have more backlinks but they don't show up (they do show up in Ahrefs, about 50 root domains). To my surprise, I only have 15 Domain Authority. This is the most evident example, take a look at this screenshot: http://imgur.com/dFk2rkx My website is on the far left, two of my competitors on the right. As you can see I win every category except total links and the most important, domain authority. Are total links that important for Domain authority, even if 99% are internal? By the way, I also have more posts than these guys, I don't know why the report says otherwise. Why is the site on the right ranking so high? The same thing happens with the rest of my competitors, they have a lot of low quality links from "lists of domain sites" and in general a lot of very spammy links. According to what I have been reading, my good quality links should be more helpful than my competitors' spammy links, which should in fact affect them. So what is going on? How long does it take to get links indexed?
How long does it take Google Webmaster tools on average to detect links to my website? What about OSE? My site is fairly new (launched in January) and I've done some guest blogging -- I would think that some links from 3-4 weeks ago would be showing up by now. Am I just being impatient?

What is the best site to get backlinks ? Not for free, i mean a paid premium services . I think i need backlinks for the authority of my sites. My sites are indexed, but when i search for different keywords on google, i find them on page 5-7 . I need to see them on page 1-2 . But my site's authority is : 1 .
