Hi Moz,
I am using the keywords difficulty tool from your site and find it is quite useful
I research the community and find the data should be interpreted in the following way. But when I did a quick research for one keyword. The tool bar gives me a data of 22% showing in Yellow and says the keyword is competitive when I hover my mouse. Should this be **Blue **and easy to rank keyword based on the score? Which one should I believe?- Sub 30 - (Blue) Low hanging fruit you can take advantage of.
- 30 - 35 (Green) Fairly easy with good on page and some quality anchored links.
- 35 - 40 - (Yellow) Will take a bit more work but still in reach may require, good on-site SEO and a solid link profile.
- 40 - 50 (Orange) Domain authority plays a much more pivotal role so it may take longer to rank for.
- 50+ (Red) All about resources. Onsite SEO needs to be totally nailed, including internal linking/ topic modelling etc. a strong & diverse link profile with good social signals and ... time.

Hmm that definitely looks peculiar, and I can't say for certain which of those would be more correct.
Would you be able to send examples of those keywords over to [email protected] so we can do a bit more investigation on this, and potentially loop in the engineers if necessary? Thanks!

Spam score of 28 %
Hello, I checked my website spam score in link explorer and found out it has got 28 %. What do you recommend I do ? should I ask for all the links to be removed (even though some of them are no followed) Is it possible that google has penalised me because of that score and de-ranked me ? Thank you,

Unusually high Spam Score
Hi! My Spam Score is indicating 39% on MOZ and I can't identify that many signals from the 27-signal list that could be actually raised in order for the score to show such a high value like this. My website is Ronaldo7.net, Is there anyone who could help me understanding what signals exactly I should pay more attention and eventually fix them so the spam score reduces drastically? Are all these Spam Score signals weighed equally? (for example, I don't have a LinkedIn profile/link for my site, so should I assume that for not having it my spam score increases 3-4% (27/100)? I don't think that's the case, so I would really appreciate if anyone could point me in the right directions in order to help me reducing the spam score. One final question, is this Spam Score updated on a daily/weekly or monthly basis? Regards, Guilherme

Keyword Ranking Report is Different than Real Result on Google

I am getting MOZ reports on a few keywords and that is good But when My client search for the same keywords he doesn't get the same rank, not even on that page. Let me explain in more details:
I have a keyword that shows on rank #5 in Google Mobile for a Local location for the current week. The client is from the same location as well. But when client search for that keyword from his mobile he doesn't get the keyword listed on that page, not even on other pages. I checked with other online keyword rank checker tool and all are showing the result similar to the Moz ranking report. It's really frustrating for my client. Google analytics shows that mobile users and organic reach are increasing so I am sure MOZ and other tools are showing us correct result. What could be the possible reason that he is not getting the same result as showing by MOZ? I am not from his location so how can I check the keyword result for the selected city using MOZ that is accurate? Any help would be highly appreciated. Please help. Thanks1 -
Moz not updating the spam score metrics
Hi Experts, I have done everything to come over the following metrics flagged as spam on my website by Moz, few months ago. But, Moz has not updated the spam score yet. âś“Low MozTrust or MozRank Score - improved from 2 to 4.5

âś“Low Number of Pages Found - I am wondering if there are any standard score or number of links to reach to remove these flag?

Are we actually getting accurate data on keyword volumes from Moz (or other sources)?
I have a client who does patio furniture repair and restoration. When performing keyword research in Moz for terms like "patio furniture repair" I see that only 11-50 people in the entire US are searching for this term according to the Moz data. However, running an Adwords campaign currently and our top keyword is the phrase match for "patio furniture repair" which has generated over 100 clicks in just a couple of months in ONE county. Is there a better way to research more accurate results on search volume estimates? This makes organic SEO and keyword targeting hard! Thanks, Ricky
