Sitemap.xml change to anchor links (converter)

Hi all,
I would like import the sitemap.xml to an anchorlinks list. List with links navigatetion html ^^. Is there a posibility to use a tool or in excel? Because I will use 5000 products and 1000 brands.

I think I understand what you are trying to do, but I may be off with the semantics. The xml sitemap (at it's most basic level) is just a centralized list of links for pages that are on your site to help the search engines find pages without having to crawl all of the pages on your site. They do not contain any anchor text in them.
If you are wanting to crawl your site and find out what all your anchor text is internally, I would use a tool like Screaming Frog.
If you are trying to extract information from your sitemap.xml then you would need to use a combination of a text editor and excel. Say your URL structure includes product and brand information and you have all the URLs in a sitemap. You can pull that document into a text editor and then use the "Find and replace" function to get rid of all the extraneous code and then you can be left with just the URLs on one line. You can then use the excel function "Text to columns" to then split out the URL into sections based on slashes or dashes. If you have Screaming Frog, it will extract all the URLs for you and then you can split out the info in excel as well. Use Google to find examples of how to run the tools mentioned above in detail.
If I am totally off, please give a more detailed explanation of what you are trying to do and that will help as well.

Spammy links
Hi Guys, I have a case which seems to occur more often for our customers. The websites of our customers seem to receive tons of backlinks from websites all over the world (China, Russia, Ukrain, etc). It’s spam we never asked for, we didn’t buy any dodgy linkbuilding packages or anything. Do any of you guys have experience with this matter? We try to disavow the links but it takes too much time and we will never manage to disavow 100% of all links. Examples are www.keukensduitsland.nl and www.m2beveiliging.nl Hope anyone has experience and maybe even solutions for this matter. Thanks!

What is a good ratio of total links to linking root domains?
Is 100 total links for every linking domain too high? I suppose I could also look at ratios of sites that are doing well in the rankings.

Hi everyone, I just started working for a client in a new niche. After reviewing the backlink profiles of his competitors I can see that the top sites are using a ton of link exchanges. They are from really spammy sites too. The kind that will link to anyone that provides a link back. Anyone else seeing much of this?

Remove links or change anchor text?
I am currently in the process of cleaning up the link profile for a website that has been hit by Penguin thanks to loads of links from free directories with exact match keyword anchor texts (about 200 root domains from total of 300 root domains). I was wondering whether it's best to remove these un-natrual keyword anchor text links altogether, or change the anchor texts to brand (domain name, domainname.com, www.domainname.com, http://www.domainname.com)? I am currently trying to remove these links but was thinking it would be quicker to get to a healthier link profile (in terms of brand/commercial anchor text split) by altering the anchor texts and not removing them. Some of these directories are the worst of the worst on the other hand. Also note that I'm only really getting about a 30% response rate from the owners of these directories. Any thoughts? Porn link ...
I just ran https://www.majesticseo.com report for back links and showed me that I have one link at porn site ... not sure if it will be appropriate to post it here. The link was discovered on 03.05.11 and when I visited today link is not there... I dont know who put that link there. Can I get penalty for that from google? Can it be a mistake?
