Unsolved Moz API returning incorrect PA data

So I've been attempting to figure out Moz API to allow for batches of URLs to be searched and the data to be nicely put into a google sheet.
I've setup the MOZ API for sheets add-on and everything appears to work, but after spot checking some of my data, I've found that for some reason, the page authority data returned by Moz API appears to be way off the actual number presented by other Moz tools, such as the tool bar and main site.
As you can see, in this one example off my list, the returned PA value is 6 points lower than the value returned from the Moz tool bar and website analysis.
If the data returned is incorrect, how is Moz API useful? Am I missing something? Would love some help or advice, as this tool would be very useful in a functioning state!

Hi everyone, I'm trying to retrieve data for a specific URL using the Moz API, specifically the data.site.metrics.fetch method. I’m attempting to retrieve metrics for this page via the API, but it seems like the API does not recognise the URL, even though it’s visible in Link Explorer. Questions: Why does the API return "Query Not Found" for a URL that is indexed in Link Explorer? Is there a way to request Moz to crawl or re-crawl this URL to ensure it's accessible via the API? Unsolved Regarding Moz API token password update
Hi, In March we have updated password for MOZ API and used in our application it worked, but currently the updated password is not working and in the MOZ site the old password is shown and its active. We are using Legacy username and password.

Unsolved Api limits on free plan
Good afternoon. I tried connecting free access to api https://a-moz.groupbuyseo.org/help/links-api/v1-archive/v1-free-api-access to retrieve DA data. After several requests to the api I got a message: "Your monthly row limit reached" Can you tell me what this error is related to? Or Moz doesn't have free api access anymore?

I feel like I'm wasting time by going out and creating backlinks for a new page to increase page authority, especially when I've already got the domain link for domain authority. I want to know if you know any way to get DA & PA metrics with any software (not Netpeak Checker please, is very low) or any add-on for Google Sheet or Microsoft Excel (like Majestic has for Google Sheets).
