I'd 2nd Dan's response with Screaming Frog. Been using it for a number of months now and love how easy it is to use. I have the pro version which gives you the option to limit crawl depth and what it crawls etc but the free one is great too.

Potential spam websites with high DA linking back to us
Hey everybody, I'm going through all my sites and disavowing crap links. However, I'm having trouble distinguishing which high DA sites to disavow. What would you do? For example:

Screaming frog, Xenu, Moz giving wrong results
Hello guys and gals, This is a very odd one, I've a client's website and most of the crawlers I'm using are giving me weird/ wrong results. For now lets focus on screaming frog, when I crawl the site it will list e.g. meta titles as missing (not all of them though), however going into the site the title is not missing, and Google seems to be indexing the site fine. The robots.txt are not affecting the site (I've also tried changing the user agent). The other odd thing is SF gives a 200 code but as a status tells me "connection refused" even though it's giving me data. I'm unable to share the clients site, has any one else seen this very odd issue? And solutions for it? Many thanks in advanced for any help,

Why did my DA and Links go down?
How could I begin to research this to find out why we have less total links and a lower domain authority. Our DA has gone down two points and our total links dropped by a few thousand. I'd like to find out why that happened but I'm just not sure where to start. Thanks!

Automatically Check List of Sites For Links To Specific Domain
Hi all, Can anyone recommend a tool that will allow me to put in a list of about 200 domains that are then checked for a link back to a specific domain? I know I can do various link searches and use Google site: command on a site by site basis, but it would be much quicker if there was a tool that could take the list of domains I am expecting a link on and then find if that link exists and if so on what page etc. Hope this makes sense otherwise I have to spend a day doing it by hand - not fun! Does anybody know of any mac alternatives for Netpeak & SEO tools for excel? I haven't been able to find any. I just need something to pull PA & DA quickly for a list of domains and URLs. Will I just have to create something custom with the Moz API?

Percentage of good links vs. bad
Hi Does anyone know the best way of determining good links from bad links using the SEO Moz tools? I bought some directory links to two or three pages on my site a few years back. The were all very obviously spammy because of the anchor text and I didn't have a high enough ratio of good links to counteract them. I read somewhere that if more than 10% of the links to a page have the same (or similar) anchor text, it's obvious that you're on the bad list.

How can I reduce the number of links on a page and keep the site easy to navigate?
The SEOmoz Site Crawl indicates that we have too many on page links on over 9,970 pages. This is an ecommerce site with a large number of categories. I have a couple of questions regarding this issue: How important is the "too many on page links" factor to SEO? What are some methods of reducing the number of links when there are a large number of categories? We have main categories with dropdown menus currently and have found that they are used to browse and shop the store.
