Since 2002, I have held a variety of Strategic roles on operational and consulting fronts in India and North America covering a range of sectors within Training stream including verticals like Healthcare, Technical Support, Banking, Travel, Utility and Telecom.

While being involved on these contracts, I have been responsible for all aspects of planning, development, delivery and evaluation of training for transitional and transformational programmes adhering to Adult Learning Methodologies like Kirkpatrick & Blooms Taxonomy.

My Professional career has given me considerable experience of achieving challenging deadlines while collaborating with others to exceed Management and Client expectations; additionally it has offered me with an ability to understand and support training and development initiatives to operational and support staff at all levels across an Organisation.

Over the last thirteen years I have developed a comprehensive understanding of how Training operates in a holistic sense including Customers, Clients, People, Processes and Technology.

I possess a combination of facilitation, management, transitions, and consulting experience that qualifies me extremely well where I am convinced that my distinctive background has equipped me with a significant advantage because it has provided me with teaching, learning, consultative and program/project-management experience, all of which are essential in a leadership role.

I’ve demonstrated creative thinking skills that lend themselves to innovative program development and implementation. The skillset I’ve developed is highly applicable to a training setting where solid interpersonal skills and exceptional communication skills are an advantage. That skillset includes the ability to see the big picture and think “outside the box,” as well as teach, mentor, coach, and counsel individuals and groups in dealing with life’s transitions.
