The "O"
Born in the small town of Fremont to the son of a Marketing Manager, Juan Angel knew at a young age that B2C marketing was indefatigably intertwined with his forthcoming career. He attended UC Berkeley, as did his father, but in the pursuit of a B.A. in Philosophy. There, Juan Angel learned the methodology by which to determine profound truths in mathematics, metaphysics, and ethics. He has discovered a brilliant way to instead apply these same techniques to something of utmost importance: B2C marketing and e-commerce.
In his short tenure at HealthyPets, Inc. Juan Angel applied his talents in the creation of a robust resource center for pet owners, though the pinnacle of his achievements as a content creator would be a steady stream of tantalizing titles that encouraged visits from the loyal followers of the company's Facebook pages. Additionally, he developed a system of selling expiring products at discounted prices, working with the warehouse to manage their inventory and demand, tracking their net profit based on the increases and decreases in demand based on their inclusion of a specified promotion. He also wrote a 70 page document explaining this promotion to maintain this legacy before leaving to his current position at Nuts.com.
At Nuts.com, he has pioneered a Scholarship program that has helped increase the domain authority of the already trustworthy site. Over the course of the program, the scholarship page generated more than 20 high-authority links (with DA greater than 70) that correlated with an increase in Nuts.com's DA from 56 to 60.
During this time, he also managed a content calendar, working with third party content developers to create more than 200 pieces of long-form content geared at generating leads for the B2C site.
Juan Angel enjoys running in his spare time and is currently training for an ultramarathon, Ironman race, and for a marathon with the aim of finishing the former two events and qualifying for the Boston marathon in the latter.
