Backlinks From Scraper Sites - Should I Disavow Them?

I'm going through all the links (hopefully) to my website and I've found so many links from site scrapers. For instance:
http://www.fzccg.com/cmsteam/dvbbs/boke.asp?zkhod76681.showtopic.148760.html
... which links to my site with anchor text "abercrombie uk How To Change Your Wiper Blades"
It is surely not realistic to think that I can contact all the scraper site owners.
So what should I do with this kind of links?

Personally, I wouldnt. Scrapers have been around for years and it's "natural" in my eyes. all the good sites out there, even moz, have thousands upon thousands of scraper sites linking to them. I it's about penguin, then id look into the other links deeper.
For client work I do, I just disavow them if the DA of the site is below 30. LOL.

I typically tell people not to worry about these types of sites. EVERYONE gets a little spam linkage, and it's rarely worth worrying about.
If you have been hit with a manual penalty or think you're being impacted by Penguin already, then yes, definitely include these domains in the disavow list. Technically Google wants you to try to have the links removed first.

If a link is not beneficial to your site and if you are worried about whether or not it will hurt you, there is no reason you shouldn't disavow that link. I would recommend that you are disavowing the entire domain rather than each link one by one. It will save you time and will prevent any further weirdness from happening on that specific domain.
Disavowing links can be tedious and annoying, but the whole concept of "better safe than sorry" comes into play here hardcore. An intern would be extremely useful in this situation.

Well here's the issue: my site has a penguin penalty so it means my link profile will be reviewed.

One of my site has a million of these links. No kidding.
I had nothing to do with these links. They are simply gifts from blackhats.
The site is very healthy, has kickass rankings, does not have any penguin or unnatural links problems, so I am doing nothing about those links.

How to get rid of bad backlinks
So I noticed my rankings going down and spam score going up. So under my spam score there are over 100 links for different websites but ALL redirect to semalt.com I researched it and it says they hijacked a bunched of backlinks but don't know much more. How can I get rid of all those backlinks? I was told I could use the disavow tool but apparently that can hurt my ranking as well. The semalt.com site has no backlink to me - it looks like the pages that have/had my backlinks, they've redirected to them. My site is linked from over 900 "The Globe"-domains - disavow or not?
Hi! As some of you may be familiar with, there is a giant spam-network with the same design and same page title on all domains: "The Globe - The world's most visited web pages". For example: theglobe.at

www.internet-search.us I've now discovered that over 900 of these spam-domains link to my site. My plan was of course to disavow them all, but Google is explicit on telling me to be careful. «Only disavow if you are certain that the links are damaging to your rankings». And to be honest, I'm not sure. Also: it seems drastic to disavow almost a thousand pages. I'm afraid to mess something up. What would you do?3 -
Are Sidebar Backlinks worth for SEO?
Hello! Let's use the following example: I have a blog (let's call it Blog A) and I find another blog in the same niche (this will be Blog B) that has higher DA and PA than mine. Will Google penalize me if the Blog B puts a link to my blog in their sidebar? Remember, the Blog A and Blog B are from the same niche. I ask this because Google says that links on sidebars appears in every page and in some pages the link may be useless. But if both blogs are from the same niche, there won't be pages where the links will be from different themes and with less relevance. So, is my thought correct: we can use sidebar links without caring about penalization ONLY if the blogs are from the same niche? Thanks in advance!

Does iframe itself count as a backlink?
Our situation is similar to YouTube. We have an original content on every subpage that is genuinely useful when embedded as a widget on 3r party websites. That is why we offer an embeddable widget that shows slightly simplified version of the content - exactly like a YouTube video embedded on your blog. I've found a bunch of nofollow links with the help of Link Detox. Now, should I disavow such links (after contacating site owner directly and unsuccessfuly) or i can just filter my nofollow links and handle dofollow ones only?

Ways to remove spammy backlinks
Hello everyone, I got hit with an algorithm penalty and need to start removing old backlinks ASAP. Does anyone have any good resources on how best to ask webmasters for removal? Are there any other ways to remove bad back links besides the disavow tool? (An SEO consultant I talked to said that they had a proprietary software that can remove them - is that possible?) Hey guys, With all this anti over optimization movement going around with Google, I decided to do a link building profile audit. I see some pages with PR 0 and some pages that expired. My websites are not penalized at this moment, however I do want to avoid this at all costs. What can I do? Could a backlink from an expired domain penalize my site?
