Unsolved how do I check the outbound links?
-
Hello everyone,
I have a question about the links explorer: how do I check the outbound links? I have a website that I want to know its outbound links. Do I have to buy the Moz Pro method for that? -
We use Screaming Frog for this, it also shows us if there are any 404 errors

If you're referring to Moz's Link Explorer tool, you can use it to check outbound links from a website without purchasing the Moz Pro method. Here's how you can do it:
- Go to the Link Explorer tool page on Moz's website.
- Enter the website's URL that you want to check outbound links for in the search bar.
- Once the tool generates the results, scroll down to the "Outbound Links" section.
Here you can see a list of all the outbound links from the website, along with other details like their Domain Authority and Page Authority.
You can use Moz's Link Explorer for free with some limitations on the number of queries you can make per month. However, if you need to perform more in-depth analysis and access advanced features, you may need to consider purchasing the Moz Pro method. -
@morex Hey everyone,
Thanks in advance for any insight on this. I've been researching it quite a bit on Google and haven't found anything yet.
In Analytics, under our pages report, we're getting a lot of pages that look like this:
www.daisylimo.com/https://www.daisylimo.com
Would you have any thoughts on how to fix this? These pages don't exist...I'm at such a loss.
-
You can do that on most SEO tools by checking outbound links from your site.

There is a limit of 10 free searches on Moz free account. If you want to check more you have to go with Moz Pro. And as @Fabian001 told you can use free tools. There is one more tool keyword explorer which you can use to check backlinks from SERP result. Simply install this extension and you are good to go.

Hi @ZeonAley you can use a couple of free chrome extensions for example
- Moz Bar - helps to visually highlight outbound links on your page
- SEOquake, details down outbound links from a page
Also can consider the free screaming frog application. Allows you to crawl your website and find outbound links.

Unsolved Why am I not seeing search.yahoo.com in my site's backlink profile?
When looking at the backlinks for a client's competitor I found that they had a backlink on search.yahoo.com/reviews and our domain (harmonyhit.com) did not. I was using the Link Explorer tool. However, when I go to yahoo Search I see that the website of harmonyhit.com is indexed in Yahoo search and has links to the site. Also, it's sitemap has been recently crawled in Bing webmaster tools which Yahoo uses. Why does our client have the backlink accounted for and we do not?

How is Moz DA affected by spam links? Disavow file?
So it does not appear that moz let's you upload your disavow file. So when moz calculates your DA how do spammy links factor in? After digging through our GA it appears our site was hit with the 2016 penguin update and never recovered. Our weekly visitors were 2k, then dropped to 500 and have stayed close to that level for a while. We've used the disavow tool, without success over the past 3 years. During that time we have done link out reach and built around 10 legit good quality DA links since. But we have not recovered. At this point i'm thinking I should just remove the disavow file. Moz says our spam score for our domain is 5%.

Not existing domains linking to my website (spam)
Hello, When i run my platform www.taobao.nl through https://a-moz.groupbuyseo.org/researchtools/ose/ i see a lot of nasty adult domains that link to my platform. These give a very negative (spam)score to my platform. I already disavowed quite a few via Webmastertools, but they keep coming. When i check the names in the Whois, they don't even seem to exist! (anymore) What could cause this and how can i end it?? Thanks for your help! Sander

Open Site Explorer and Expired Links?
Hi guys, I've been checking a few domains for SEO purposes and it appears that OSE is indexing a lot of links which no longer exist, this has been the case for over 6 months - does OSE cleanse expired links? As I'm sure they will be contributing to authority in the eyes of Moz?

A simple count (with list if possible) of the external and internal links on a website
Dear Moz Community, I am trying to find a way to easily analyse a website (http://uk.chm-cbd.net) to determine the number of internal and external hyperlinks throughout the (roughly) 490 webpages within the site. It would also be extremely helpful to have a list of all the links with their url. Does anyone know of a tool, methodology to do this? If it requires a lot of programming then that does not help me very much as I am not very computer literate!! So a software to download or an online service would be very helpful. Open Site Explorer seems to be limited, such that I would have to do an analysis on each page within the website. BUT, if anyone knows how I can do using OSE, then please tell me. Thanks in advance to anyone who may be able to help Hugh
