After nearly a decade of working in New York for some of the country’s largest web hosting providers, Gerrick Phillips moved back to his home state of Montana. In 2011 after deciding to become a full time free-lance professional, Gerrick started to put together the DEV406 team. He and Chris Wilcox have worked together in some capacity ever since that time and as the DEV406 team has expanded to include other professionals all over the world. Geographic barriers are not a hurdle for us and we work on a variety of projects over many different time zones and several continents!

Our DEV406 moniker shows where our heart is, as both Gerrick and Chris are native Montanans, but we are also extremely diversified giving us an advantage in pretty much every digital realm.

We have used that global experience to attain many local partnerships and we have a passion for working within our communities and our state. Montana’s diverse range of Nonprofit organizations has become a focus for DEV406 and we look to service these companies with a level of service that is second to none. We feel that many Montana based companies and nonprofits have been overlooked in the past as not being ‘big enough’ to warrant a high level of service. We are overcoming that by building relationships one project at a time.

We don’t just ‘build websites’ We will work to make your company a success in your chosen field and we don’t rest until we have achieved that goal. We judge our own level of success based upon your success and we strongly believe that is the key to longevity for everyone involved.
