I joined the Windermere Property Management South, LLC team in June of 2010 as Marketing Administrator. My 19-year career with PACCAR Inc gave me a plethora of skills which have enabled me to advance to my current position of Marketing/IT Administrator. In 2012, I studied for and acquired my the Washington State Broker's License.

WPM South has 18 Residential Property Managers, 2 Community Association Managers and 6 support staff serving King County, Pierce County and the Eastside Area.

I support our Designated Broker by processing commission paperwork, creating, maintaining and updating company forms, training materials, and marketing material.

My responsibilities also include assisting our off-site IT with any on-site IT tasks such as setting up new computers and users on our company server. I also troubleshoot computer issues property managers may be having with their computers.

WPM South has made major achievements in making technology a part of our property management business by:

• Creating a business presence on the Internet.
• Refreshing our company web site so it has become a useful tool for our property managers, homeowners and tenants and Community Associations/Home Owner Associations;
• Using Google Analytics to analyze our SEO and user traffic to best market our company on the web;
• Creating an intranet (CompanyWeb) for our property managers to keep connected with the office while working out of the office;
• Providing the support and technology to keep our property managers connected remotely to our server/email with their portable devices 24 hours a day;
• Working with our property managers to brand and market themselves and our WPM South on Social Media sites such as: ActiveRain, PropertyTube, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.
• Creating a marketing presentation display for our lobby and conference room for visitors to learn more about our Residential Homeowner/Rentals, Commercial Leases and Community Association services.
