Ran an IT consulting firm in the 90s. The WWW came along and email and all this other cool stuff. We needed a website and to do email marketing so I built it and did it. Sold the company but kept doing internet marketing for small business - the guys who can't afford in-house resources... Focus shifting in the direction of local search, again, getting the small business sites to show up in their local markets. I really love this part of it because there's no one more excited than a small business owner who's generating business from his website, blog, social network, etc.

Been married to my college sweetheart long enough to put our kids through college. Have 2 dogs. Love to run the trails in the foothills above Denver. Like to get on my road bike and just spin around town.
