Hi Guys, we uploaded images in our GMB dashboard but they are not appearing on the SERP results example: Any ideas on how to get them to show on search result page? See example: https://cl.ly/8c5694604d17

Sometimes it just takes a couple days to show in SERP results. I looked up the listing and it appears there are now pictures showing on your GMB listing.

Good morning! Did your images appear? If not, answering EffectDigital's questions could help the community troubleshooting this with you. Also, if you can provide a link to the actual listing, that would be really helpful, if you have permission to do so.

How long has it been since you uploaded the images? Implementation in Google's SERPs isn't instant There are three potential issues -
You haven't waited long enough
-
Your organisation has had staff turn-over and through time multiple GMB listings were created for you. The one you have the logins to, might be the wrong one
-
Your brand's search entity is not yet considered to be important enough to solicit the "see photos" box for your knowledge panel
From the images it seems as if you represent the Specsavers inside of Broadway Sydney (a shopping mall, I think) in Australia (New South Wales?) I actually am seeing the photos now, so maybe this issue is no longer a problem for you (most likely that #1 applied, at the time you authored your question - I think we can rule out #3 as it's Specsavers) Check this https://www.google.com.au/search?q=specsavers%20broadway%20sydney - https://d.pr/i/OGO9eL.png (SERP screenshot)
That's using Australian Google (Google.com.au) but the screenshot is taken from a UK IP address I switched to a Melbourne IP address (Aus) using Surfshark and I saw the same thing. My thought is, this is working now and you just hadn't waited quite long enough for the store images to be appended to your brand SERP

		GMB 'Located In' Feature
Hello - can anyone provide some guidance on how to remove a 'Located in' field from a GMB listing? This has appeared in a client's GMB listing - but the other location is separate and so it is not applicable. I have worked out how to add a 'Located in' feature - but not remove it. Appreciate any help. Local Listings | | P.Myers0

Changing the business name in citations and GMB
In Australia, some businesses are Pty Ltd (Proprietary Limited) hence, their business name ends with xxx Pty Ltd. How accurate do we have to be when building citations or updating citations that Pty Ltd is included in the business name? We've got clients who have left out Pty Ltd in their previously built citations and we're wondering if it's worth the time to actually update them to include Pty Ltd. Also, does changing a business name affect its rankings? This is more than just "Pty Ltd", it's changing from XYZ to ABC. We've previously had to change a client's address on their GMB and this had a negative effect on the client's rankings. Will changing the business name have an adverse effect? Thank you in advance for your advices! Local Listings | | Gavo1

How to change your location for local search results?
Hi Everybody Back in december 2015 I came across this article https://gofishdigital.com/google-results-change-location/ explaining how to change location for local search results using the google emulation tool by setting up new coordinates. This was also picked up by mikeblumenthals' blog as being one of the best way of doing this. I tried it at the time and it worked very well. I tried using it last week and again this week but my location no longer seems to update. I have tried it on fifferent computers located in different locations and still it doesn't work. Does anyone know if this feature is no longer available and if not what else they'd recommend to verify local search results. Thanks Local Listings | | coolhandluc0

Concerned about cannibalization for local SEO results. Should we move some of our location pages to a subdomain?
Currently we are providing local SEO recommendations for a well known pharmacy chain. Like most major brands they enjoy multiple organic (not just 3 pack results) listings when people search for local phrases such as "Dallas pharmacy clinics'". The issue is that all these listings are coming from the same domain page. We are seeing multiple listings both branded and non-branded search queries. Our concern is that Google will someday decide to choose one listing as the most authoritative and nix the rest of the local listings which will reduce their first page search engine saturation. To maintain first page saturation we are considering recommending to the client that they move some of their location listings Local Listings | | RosemaryB
to a subdomain (different IP address) to avoid a Google "clean up". Please note that our client is certainly not using any "doorway" pages but some of these are very scarce on content. They do not have an issue with duplicate content either. By using subdomains could we help maintain our client's first page saturation? Any links to articles would be much appreciated.0

Is there a way to get your local SERP by zipcode?
I have multiple stores across various zipcodes and i'm having difficulty trying to provide an average Positioning on SERP by region. I do know that your SERP varies by region because different areas use different vernaculars. Does anyone know of a way that I can provide a SERP for keywords/terms by county or zip code?
