Update Your Moz Pro Subscription Level
Frequently Asked Questions
What’s covered?
This guide will walk through how to change the subscription level for your Moz Pro Base Plan. You can upgrade or downgrade your Moz Pro subscription at any time.
Upgrade or downgrade your Moz Pro subscription
You can upgrade or downgrade your Moz Pro paid subscription and switch from monthly to annual billing from within your account. Changing your plan will start a new billing cycle, and your subscription will renew on this date each month thereafter.
If you have arranged to pay by invoice and need to update your plan, please read our manual invoicing guide.
If you need to modify your subscription level:
- Click on Account & Billing from the profile icon drop-down menu. Be sure you are in the Subscriptions view.
- From the Subscriptions page select your new plan level and click the Upgrade/Downgrade button under Available plans.
- In the pop-up window, review Today’s Charge and click Purchase now.
Plan updates take effect immediately, and the new limits will be available in your account right away.
Updating how you’re billed
You can change how often you are billed for Moz Pro in the Account & Billing section. To switch between monthly and yearly billing, or vice versa, follow the steps outlined below.
- After logging into your a-moz.groupbuyseo.org account, head to your Account & Billing section via the drop-down on the top right
- On the Subscriptions page, toggle the button on the top right of the Available plans box
- Click the Switch to … button of the plan level you’d like to change to. Your current plan will be marked so you can simply update the billing cadence if needed.
- In the pop-up window, review Today’s Charge and click Purchase now.
Changes to your plan level and/or billing cadence will go into effect immediately.
An annual plan will save you 20% off the monthly rate. When you choose to subscribe annually, your billing date will change to the upgrade date, and the full annual cost will be charged then.
Keep in mind that these changes will start a new billing cycle from the upgrade date and apply any overpaid amount as a credit to your account. This credit will then be applied to a future invoice on your account.
